LINDSEY LOHAN SUSPECT IN JEWLERY HEIST?!

I'm always on crazy LiLo's side, but c'mon! Although she is great entertainer, mostly because of her nonstop shenanigans off the screen, she is just fucking up to much. If she keeps it up she'll soon end up like Amy Winehouse. 

Lindsay Lohan is now formally a suspect in the theft of $100,000 worth of watches and sunglasses ... law enforcement sources told TMZ.

As TMZ first reported, Lindsay was at the Hollywood Hills home of Sam Magid a week ago when Sam called the LAPD and reported a jewelry theft.   We're told Lindsay has been at the house frequently, including at an all-night house party a week ago Sunday.

Sources say ... Lindsay and her assistant Gavin Doyle are both suspects in the theft.

Now here's the twist ... rumors say Sam has recanted his story and now says nothing was stolen. But TMZ sources say cops are not closing out the investigation because they believe they have independent witnesses who can finger Lindsay and Gavin as the thieves.

This story is getting more and more complex by the minute. Sources tell us ... LAPD detectives contacted the lawyer for Lindsay and Gavin today, asking for an interview with the two suspects but the lawyer rejected the request.

It's unclear why Sam -- who is insanely rich -- suddenly changed his story.

This is really bad news for Lindsay, because she's on probation for the theft case involving the necklace at a Venice jewelry store.  She could go to jail if she violates probation by stealing more jewelry.

Ugh, love you LiLo  but you gotta lay off the blow, cause you're looking kinda busted!

ELVIS STAINED UNDERWEAR GO UP FOR AUCTION

A pair of Elvis Presley's stained underpants are set to go up for auction in Manchester, England next month.

I kid you not, this is true! The light blue briefs, which were worn by 'The King' underneath one of his jumpsuits during a performance in 1977, haven't been washed since Elvis took them off, and feature a suspicious yellow stain on the front of the crotch.

First of all, how do we know they are authentic?!

BBC News reported that the pants are expected to make around around $10,000 dollars when they go under the hammer on September 8 at the auction of Elvis memorabilia in Stockport. 

The underwear came from the estate of Vernon Presley – Elvis' father. Also up for sale is Elvis' Bible, which has been annotated by the iconic performer. The Bible is expected to make $25,000. Priscilla Presley's home movies are up for grabs too. They feature footage of the couple's wedding, as well as of Christmas at Graceland, family holidays and of Elvis and Priscilla bringing their daughter Lisa-Marie home from hospital to Graceland. 

The 35th anniversary of the death of Elvis Presley was recently marked by a candlelit vigil at Graceland in Memphis. It was attended by an estimated 75,000 fans. 

Elvis Presley died on August 16, 1977 at the age of 42 after suffering a heart attack. He is buried in the grounds of Graceland alongside his parents and grandmother. There is also a memorial headstone for his twin, Jesse Garon.

NOEL GALLAGHER: ROCK STARDOM 'WILL DIE'

Since I consider everything Noel Gallagher newsworthy, here is some info from an interview in the Sunday Express. In it, Noel Gallagher claimed that rock stardom "will die" because musicians don't make enough money to support the lifestyle anymore.

The High Flying Birds frontman said that the music industry "has changed beyond all recognition" and that the days of making money from releasing records were "gone".

Gallagher – who famously penned the track 'Rock 'N' Roll Star' for Oasis's debut album 'Definitely Maybe' – said:

Rock stardom will die because nobody will make enough money anymore to be rock stars. Everybody will be jobbing musicians. It's unbelievable. The music industry has changed beyond all recognition. The music business we signed into does not exist anymore.

Gallagher csaid the interview had drastically changed since he rose to stardom in further detail, adding: "What is fascinating about that is that there was a way of making money and selling records that got happened upon in the sixties and it worked for 30-odd years, then all of a sudden, in under a decade, it's gone, never to return.

"It used to be about the A&R man going to see gigs, demos and people going into record labels saying, 'Give us a chance,'" he finished. "It's not like that anymore."

GAGA RECORDS ALBUM NAKED CAUSE 'IT MAKES HER SOUND BETTER'

Lady gaga is fantastic at generating PR for herself and whether she really thinks that being naked makes her sound better or not, is irrelevant cause its a story and stories with anyone famous and naked always do well. 

Lady Gaga has been recording her new album 'ARTPOP' while naked - because she thinks it makes her voice sound better. 

The 'Born This Way' star, who is set to release the LP in early 2013, has reportedly taken to stripping off while working in the studio according to sources, as she believes that being in the nude helps her deliver stronger vocal performances. 

She may totally be right since she's half naked most of the time anyway?!
According to the Sun, an insider revealed: "Gaga has really taken to the idea of naked recording. She has been recording vocals while she's been completely starkers. She thinks it makes her voice sound better."

Gaga is currently in the middle of her 'Born This Way' ball world tour, which features 110 dates in all. 

The singer announced last month that she will make her acting debut in a new Robert Rodriguez movie called Machete Kills. She will play a character called 'La Chameleon' in the film, which is a sequel to Rodriguez's 2010 action exploitation movie Machete.

'ARTPOP' will be Gaga's third studio album and the follow-up to her 2011 album 'Born This Way'. Fans are speculating that the album could feature a collaboration with Azealia Banks after the pair began a teasing Twitter conversation earlier this month (August 22).

THE DARKNESS "CONNECTS W/ GAY AUDIENCE" AND JOIN LADY GAGA

According to this story on NME, The Darkness' Justin Hawkins has claimed that he "connects with a gay audience".

Hawkins loves to embrace his more feminine side as much as his wild side. shSpeaking to the Guardian, the flamboyant frontman insisted that although his sexuality is his private business, he and his bandmates had found popularity with a gay audience because they're not "men's men".

"My sexual persuasion is no one's business but my own - but I'm easily persuaded," he said. "Just kidding."

''It's funny because it came up recently in a German interview. They reckoned that when you Google Justin Hawkins, one of the first things that comes up is 'Is Justin Hawkins gay?'"

He then added:

And I'd like to think that's because there's something I do that connects with a gay audience.

Speaking about he and his bandmates' style, meanwhile, he said: " Yeah. I think we're all a bit effeminate. We're not men's men, much as we may appear to be so."

The Darkness released 'Hot Cakes', their first album since 2005's 'One Way Ticket To Hell And Back', on August 20. The band will be joining Lady Ga ga on tour later this year. 

PUSSY RIOT MEMBERS FLEE RUSSIA

MOSCOW (AP) —Moscow: Two members of the punk band Pussy Riot have fled Russia to avoid prosecution for a protest against Vladimir Putin that sent three of their band mates to prison, the group said Sunday.

Five members of the feminist group took part in a provocative performance inside Moscow's main cathedral in February to protest the Russian leader's rule and his cozy relationship with the Orthodox Church. The women wore their trademark garishly colored balaclavas, which made it difficult for police to identify them, and only three were arrested.

After a controversial trial that highlighted Putin's crackdown on dissent since he began a third presidential term in May, the three band members were convicted of hooliganism and sentenced to two years in prison on August 17. Days later, Moscow police said they were searching for the other band members, an apparent warning to the group to stop its anti-Putin protests.

Even as the judge was reading the verdict in a Moscow courtroom, one of the band members who had escaped arrest played Pussy Riot's latest song, "Putin sets the fires of revolutions," from the balcony of an apartment building across the street.

Pussy Riot tweeted on Sunday that the two activists had fled Russia and are "recruiting foreign feminists to prepare new protest actions". No mention was made of where they went.

At least 12 other members of the group remain in Russia, another message on Twitter said.

CHINESE BEAUTIFUL RED BEACH

I never knew something like this existed! This is absolutely gorgeous. This article by Shannon Dybvig  has me dying to visit! 

We're used to a variety of colors of beaches, like black, pink, or nude--but red?

If you travel to China in the upcoming season, the fall, that's exactly what you'll see at the aptly named Red Beach in Panjin.

Located in the Liaohe River Delta in northeastern China, Red Beach is a protected reserve that attracts a lot of attention in the early fall, when its grass collectively blushes. The crimson flora is a variety of seepweed, a type of salt-tolerant grass, that turns red as it matures. It's most dramatic in September, when most tourists come to experience the organic Technicolor.

The 1.4 million acres of red carpet serves as a rest stop for migratory birds flying the East Asia - Australia route. More than 236 varieties can be found, including red-crowned cranes, black-beaked gulls, sounder gulls, and even seals are commonly found. 

Raised walkways in the Red Beach sanctuary help visitors to keep off the vibrant grass. 

Incoming tides can make the crimson-red reeds sway in wave like patterns, adding another layer of beauty. 

If you can't make it to China this fall, there are a few other ruddy beaches you can visit--and these even retain their hues year-round. Red Beach on Santorini, Greece, boasts volcanically tinted sands that are a shade more red than your average beach, while high iron content dyes Red Sands Shore on Canada's Prince Edward Island a sold rust color.

WHITE HOUSE SECRET BEER RECIPE MAY BE REVEALED

There is hope for the beer aficionados who want the recipe ofPresident Obama's "White House Honey Ale," made in part from honey from First Lady Michelle Obama's South Lawn beehive.

As ABC News has covered before , the honey ale first came to light when President Obama served it to his guests at the White House during the 2011 Super Bowl, and then again on St. Patrick's Day. Most recently, it became known that the president carries the beer with him on the campaign trail, where he offered a bottle to a potential voter in Iowa.

"I am not aware of any plans at this time to divulge the secret recipe," White House press secretary Jay Carney said yesterday when asked about the recipe.

But last night on twitter, Carney wrote that enough people signed the "We the People" petition , the recipe would be released:

"Got a Q today on @wethepeople petition asking us to share WH beer recipe: wh.gov/4y9b If it reaches the threshold, we'll release it," Carney tweeted.

There's a 25,000-signatures threshold.

So far fewer than 5,000 have signed the petition.
