KATY PERRY "OBSCENE" AND BANNED!

I don't really care about this particular news item, but I'm sure there are plenty of Katy Perry fans who are dying to hear about how "obscene," she was during her concert in India.

Well she was apparently very naughty! So much so that a formal indecency complaint was filed against her! She'll have to go to court in India following complaints that the star's performance at a cricket event was "obscene".

The 'Firework' singer and Australian cricketer, Doug Bollinger, enraged lawyer K. Jebakumar with their saucy dance moves at the opening of the Indian Premier League in April, leading to him filing a complaint that they had offended members of the public as well as putting off students who were trying to sit an exam.

Jebakumar, who is pursuing the case under the Indian Penal Code, claimed that the pair's dancing was "obscene and lascivious" and that it also "distracted students who were writing exams at the time".

The Sun reported that Perry and Bollinger have not been formally charged, and will not have to be present when the case is heard by an Indian court on July 31. However, they may both be forced to defend their provocative performance in front of a court at a later date if the complaint is found to be justified.

The legal dispute is just the latest headache for Perry after it was revealed earlier this
week that she had been banned from wearing her spinning bra by her tour insurance company. No spinning bra, WTF?!  Perry scared caused a panic wheher hair got caught in the rotating undergarment during a live performance, causing her tour insurers to insist she no longer dons the novelty lingerie during gigs.

Perry is currently working on a follow-up to her 2010 Perry's documentary film, Katy Perry: Part Of Me, opened in cinemas last Thursday and you can watch the trailer below. Perry is currently working on a follow-up to her 2010 album, 'Teenage Dream', which she has promised will be "real fucking dark".
