MADGE DESPERATELY TRIES TO OUT DO GAGA AND GETS BURNED BY THE FRENCH

Madonna threatened with legal action by French National Front leader Marine Le Pen Ok Madge we get it, you're crazier than Lady Gaga, she's got nothing on you! All hail the Madge! Sheesh!

The pop queen is set on proving that at her 50+ years she will not be dethroned! And how does she do it? The singer placed a swastika on an image of French right wing politician, Marine Le Pen's head during her show last week in tel Aviv. Nice one...

So now, Madonna has been threatened with the prospect of legal action by Le Pen.

The swastika featured upon Le Pen's forehead and the image was projected onto large screens during the song 'Nobody Knows Me', as part of Madonna's current world tour, much to the consternation of the politician. Le Pen has said that if the incident is repeated when Madonna's tour arrives in France in July, she will sue.

But wait a minute, that's not all. The Le pen did return the favor by saying: "We understand how old singers who need to get people talking about them go to such extremes." Snap!

When she was asked if she would sue Madonna, Le Pen replied: "If she does that in France, we'll be waiting".

The right wing National Front are the third biggest political party in France. Marine Le Pen took over as president of the party from her father, the controversial Jean-Marie Le Pen, last year.

Last week, footage of Madonna covering Lady Gaga's track 'Born This Way' emerged online, showing Madonna slip the 'Born This Way' chorus into 'Express Yourself' as part of her 'MDNA' world tour, which started on May 31.

Jeez let somebody else bask in the limelight for a bit Madge!

The "Live A Virgin" singer had previously spoke out about the similarities between 'Express Yourself' and Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way.' She was obviously upset by them and called them Gaga's version "reductive". Speaking on the celebrated TV show 20/20, the singer confirmed she had noted various likenesses between her 1989 track and Gaga's 2011 single and said she found it "amusing".
