With the exception of a pedophile (R Kelly) and some dorky
banjo freaks (Mumford & Sons) some amazing acts are going to perform at
this year’s Bonaroo Festival. Paul McCartney, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
and Bjork are all set to headline this summer’s festival in Manchester, Tennessee.
The festival will take place from June 13th through the
16th and will also see performances from legendary Wu-Tang Clan, The Gaslight
Anthem, The xx, David Byrne and St Vincent, Grizzly Bear, Wilco and Animal
Collective.
In addition, Alt-J, Cat Power, The National, The Vaccines
and A$AP Rocky will play the event, along with Two Gallants, Deap Vally, Nas,
Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes and Passion Pit.
