Arcade Fire are so freaking good I want to explode into a million pieces when I listen to them!
The band are to release a Halloween themed 'Breakglass' video which already sounds bitchin.
The promo shows the band performing in spooky, batty, face paint with
a song, rumored to be a new album track, played backwards over the top. The
video is the latest promotional video released by Arcade Fire in the run up to
their forthcoming studio album 'Reflektor', out on Monday (October 28).
frontman Win Butler revealed that Arcade Fire's interest in
the paranormal runs beyond playing liv, wearing face paint and being freaky. Yep, they are so cool they even make horror movies!
Speaking about
a series of horror films the band made while recording the album at Trident
Castle in Jamaica, Butler says: "It was inspiring - we filmed a fake
horror movie there, we had a lot of fun there. The one from the SNL special is
the prequel." When asked if the films will be released, Butler replies: "I
don’t know, be cool if it did right?"
Earlier this week the band debuted the studio version of
'Afterlife', another song taken from 'Reflektor'. Watch the
