Taran Noah Smith, who played the kid brother on "Home Improvement" starring Tim Allen in the '90s, was arrested Wednesday for DUI and drug possession, according to TMZ. He reportedly attracted the attention of Los Angeles County Police when an officer noticed he had parked his car oddly.
