BACK OFF BITCH! HERE COMES THE STATIC AVENGER

OMG! Where has this song been all my life!  Los Angeles-based producer STATIC REVENGER joined forces with singer-songwriter KAY, a regular Dim Mak collaborator, for the release of "Back Off, Bitch!"  The song that debuted this week features a feisty club beat with a hot-blooded KAY unleashing, Fight Club-ready lyrics.
Stateic Avenger is best known for the platinum-selling, worldwide club hits “I Like That” with Richard Vission featuring LUCIANA and “Happy People,” recently nominated by Fatboy Slim as one of the Top 10 Dance Tracks of the Decade.

Trust me, this dirty club-kid dance anthem takes it to the next level. IT IS OUTRAGEOUSY FUN!

The official music video for  "Back Off, Bitch!"—directed by Rev and STATIC REVENGER himself— features an exclusive cameo from Dim Mak head honcho Steve Aoki.

CANADIAN BAND -NOT NICKLEBACK- TO DROP MGMT LIKE ALBUM

The AlbertansUntil recently I had no idea that the Albertans existed, and I can’t imagine why. Oh right, cause they’re Canadian. Just kidding! In all seriousness, they are pretty rad.

The band emerged from the studio for a third time with a new album that explores deeper territory than the off kilter pop hooks they offered in past qworks. Out September 10 on Ernest Jenning Record Co., Dangerous Anything offers a sound that's dark and often challenging while still making previous comparisons to MGMT, CAN, and Sparks as appropriate as ever. So...must be good!

Guitarist/Vocalist Joel Bravo says this record changed the way they approached song writing all together. "We stopped forcing ourselves to be together constantly.  We left each other alone and then when we got together, we wrote everything in the room as a group. And when we got sick of listening to ourselves play, we stopped. The end result is a record I love."

STATISTICS NEW ALBUM WILL BLOW YOUR MIND - DOWNLOAD FOR FREE HERE!

No this isn't the cover of a romance novel, this is the AMAZING new work by NY based artist, Denver Dalley.

Don’t miss out on this AMAZING new FREE album by Statistics. The new album titled Peninsula, is the brain child of Denver Dalley, a singer songwriter who collaborates with Conor Oberst of Bright Eyes in the politically charged indie rock band Desaparecidos and is currently touring with Har Mar Supersar. He's a busy man!

Statistics, Dalley’s current solo project, is an electronic-tinged gem, sprinkled with r&b, rock and dance. The tracks fluctuate from futuristic synth beats to introspective to futuristic funk-dance that invite you to loose all inhibitions. In ‘Take The Lead’, he sings: “Let me take the lead, will you trust in me, I got every things that you need.” Think Jamiroquai meets, Michael Jackson. ‘Menu Screen,’ warps you into an icy synth dream that is absolutely gorgeous.  ‘Awake’ is another dancey track that fuses new wave with far out funk. In short, this is a badass album! And you are lame if you don't get onto this, seriously!

Dalley will be performing with Desaparecidos later this year.  Stay tuned for dates.

STEREOPHONICS BACK IN THE U.S. WITH NEW ALBUM!

One of the most durable and consistently successful bands to come out of the U.K. band scene, Stereophonics return to the U.S. August 20th with the release of their chart topping U.K. album Graffiti on the Train; their eighth studio album, out on their own Stylus Records.

Not only is the singer Kelly Jones one big bundle of hotness, but Its so exciting to see what amazing tunes his raspy and sexy voice will interpret. However if this album is half as good as any of their last we are in for a treat.

Earlier this year the Welsh hot sauces released Graffiti on the Train in the U.K. The album was a success and has remained in the Top 20 ever since. Affirming that this is their best album in a decade, the album has quickly gone gold and is well on its way to platinum status in the U.K.
